When looking into flight arrangements, check out the possibility of flying into Ft. Lauderdale and then taking a local plane or ferry to Freeport. This may be a better deal than a connecting flight through a major airline.
Transportation to and from the airport
- Taxi fare averages $22 each way for two persons, with an extra $3 per additional passenger. (Taxi pick-up is conveniently just outside the Customs Lounge.) Limousine service also is available at about $85 per trip for a party of two.
